Intermediate velocity and position
The set of files named "penetratePosition.{$fid}" and penetrateVelocity.{$fid} are generated when the "penetrate" command(s) is specified in the condition file. These files store the particle positions/velocities in first three columns again but it represents the profiles when the particles path through the surfaces which is specified with the "penetrate" command. The $fid means the identification number of the measurement surface. The intermediate velocity or concentration distributions of the trajectories are able to be obtained through this, e.g., the velocity distribution created from penetrateVelocity.0 represents the particle penetration velocity distribution when it through the surface with fid of 0. It actually is predictable from particle trajectory outputs if the output interval is sufficiently small but such files compress your PC storage and the post-processing is required.
